How do I set a wallpaper pair on iPhone Duo?

Each FoldPix pair has two images, one for each screen. Tap Save, and both are added to your Photos (in Recents). Then:

  1. With iPhone Duo folded, open the Outer image in Photos.
  2. Tap Share, then Use as Wallpaper.
  3. Unfold your iPhone and repeat with the Inner image.

On other iPhones, FoldPix saves a single image. Open it in Photos and tap Share, then Use as Wallpaper.

Saving says FoldPix can't access Photos.

FoldPix needs permission to add photos. Open iOS Settings → Apps → FoldPix → Photos and choose Add Photos Only. FoldPix can't see your library either way.

I bought FoldPix Pro but the app doesn't show it.

Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with, then open FoldPix → Settings → Restore Purchases.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open FoldPix → Settings → Manage Subscription, or go to iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → FoldPix. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.

How do I get a refund?

Apple handles all App Store payments, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I stop seeing ads?

FoldPix Pro removes all ads. Without Pro, you can change your ad consent in FoldPix → Settings → Privacy Choices (where it applies), and you can stop ads from tracking you in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

I watched an ad but the wallpaper locked again.

A wallpaper unlocked with a rewarded ad stays unlocked until you close the app. Save it to Photos while it's unlocked and it's yours to keep.

How do I turn notifications on or off?

Open FoldPix → Settings → Notifications, or iOS Settings → Notifications → FoldPix.

I made one of these images and it isn't credited.

Email [email protected] with the wallpaper's name and proof that the work is yours. We'll fix the credit or remove the image. See our Terms of Use.

What data does FoldPix collect?
