Apple's license agreement

FoldPix is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"). These terms add to the Standard EULA. If the two conflict, the Standard EULA applies, except where these terms give you more rights. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it.

Using the app

We grant you a personal, non-transferable right to use FoldPix on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell the app, except where the law allows it;
• scrape, bulk-download or redistribute the wallpaper catalog, or access our server other than through the app;
• get around paid features, ads or rate limits;
• use the app in a way that breaks the law or harms the service or other people.

Wallpapers

The wallpapers in FoldPix are original artwork by FoldPix or are used with permission or under an open license. Where a wallpaper has its own credit, it is shown in the app. The images are licensed to you, not sold.

You may save wallpapers to your devices and use them as the wallpaper on devices you own. You may not resell them, redistribute them (for example in another app, wallpaper pack or website), use them in a logo or trademark, or use them for any other commercial purpose without our written permission. Public-domain images remain free for everyone. These terms don't limit your rights to them.

FoldPix Pro

FoldPix Pro unlocks every wallpaper and removes ads. It is offered as:

• Weekly and yearly subscriptions, which renew automatically;
• Lifetime, a one-time purchase.

Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or in FoldPix → Settings → Manage Subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
• If we offer a free trial, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• To get Pro back on a new or reset device, tap Restore Purchases in FoldPix → Settings.

We may change what Pro includes or what it costs. Price changes for subscriptions follow Apple's rules, including any notice and consent Apple requires.

Ads and rewarded unlocks

If you don't have Pro, FoldPix shows ads. Some Pro wallpapers can be unlocked by watching a rewarded ad. A wallpaper unlocked this way stays unlocked until you close the app; once saved to Photos, it's yours to keep under these terms. Ads depend on availability, and we can't guarantee one will always be available.

Notifications

If you allow them, we send notifications about new wallpapers and app news. You can turn them off at any time in iOS Settings → Notifications → FoldPix.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Third-party services

FoldPix uses services from other companies, such as Apple and Google (Firebase and AdMob). Their own terms and privacy policies apply to those services, and we're not responsible for them. Links in the app or on this site to other websites are provided for convenience.

Copyright concerns

We respect the rights of artists and photographers. If you believe a wallpaper in FoldPix infringes your copyright, email [email protected]. Include the wallpaper's name, proof that you own the work, and how to contact you. We will review it and remove infringing content.

Trademarks

iPhone, iPhone Duo and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. FoldPix is not made by, affiliated with or endorsed by Apple.

Disclaimer

FoldPix is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the app, including that it will always be available, error-free or compatible with every device or iOS version. If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app, if any. To the maximum extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of FoldPix. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for FoldPix Pro in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or takes away rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country.

Changes and ending these terms

We may update these terms as the app changes. We'll change the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll let you know in the app. If you keep using FoldPix after a change, the new terms apply. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these terms.
